Megawins Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

• Attempting to access or hack another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting errors in the megawins system.
• Fraudulent behavior toward the platform.

Megawins operates the platform with reasonable care; however, we are not directly liable in the following situations:

• Bets lost or issues arising due to internet connection interruptions.

• Any loss resulting from sharing your account password with others.

However, where a direct error on megawins' part has occurred, we take full responsibility and provide appropriate compensation.

Either the member or megawins may close an account at any time. To close your account yourself, please contact support.

Megawins may close an account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.
• If false information is found to have been provided during KYC verification.
• On responsible gaming grounds (at the member's request or at our discretion).
